Bachelor in Product Design
labellisé European Bachelor

/ LYON / PARIS / BORDEAUX

The CT course in Product Design is a French State diploma over two years that teaches students the aesthetic design of industrial products by integrating various requirements, establishing a balance between aesthetic, technical and economic data, participating in the analysis of existing products and creating new products.

Unlike many schools that select only the best students at the end of the two years of study, the Écoles de Condé schools have all their students sit the CT examinations. The excellent pass rates on examinations, on average above 85% over the past five years, and the great professional integration of our students, demonstrate the excellence of our teaching methods and the level of attention given to our students.

By equivalence, at the end of their two years of study, students will receive a Bachelor of Science in Design with specialisation in Industrial Design delivered by the European Accreditation Board of Higher Education Schools.

  / Ysabel Dinet, 2006 Graduate

“Having completed a CT course in Product Design, I joined a company specialised in the creation and manufacture of furniture. This position consists in managing records in their entirety: decorative conception, technical planning for future manufacture, production management and installation on site. This position also requires me to manage relations with suppliers and customers as well as the schedules for manufacturing and installation. Versatility is a key factor for success in this job: you have to be able to juggle both the technical and creative aspects, whilst managing the cost of these operations, all skills that I learned at the École de Condé.”

/ Dorian Bouchardon, 2005 Graduate

“After one Foundation year in Applied Arts and two years of a CT course in Product Design, I joined the company Maquette 74 that specialises in industrial prototypes for areas as diverse as household appliances, sports, phones, cosmetics and transport. In particular, I worked with Sylvain Merlin, designer for Salomon, on ski boots and bindings. My degree in Product Design allows me to better understand the expectations of designers to interpret their “drawn” ideas and to make them life-size.”
